Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and precision-driven Modular Kitchen Site Supervisor to lead the on-site execution and installation of high-end modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage systems. You will manage specialized installation teams, ensure flawless hardware functionality, and maintain strict quality standards from unboxing to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation Supervision: Oversee the unboxing, assembly, leveling, and structural alignment of modular carcasses, shutter mechanisms, and premium hardware.
- Drawing & Layout Interpretation: Accurately read and execute 2D desgin /AutoCAD layouts, section details, and service drawings (plumbing and electrical points for kitchens).
- Hardware Integration: Supervise the precise fitting of premium architectural hardware and motion systems including tandem boxes, lift-ups, and pull-out units.
- Countertop & Appliance Coordination: Coordinate with stone fabricators for perfect countertop cutouts (sink, hob) and ensure built-in appliances (chimney, oven, dishwasher) fit seamlessly.
- Snagging & Quality Check: Conduct final inspections for shutter gaps, smooth runner operations, edge-banding quality, and flawless finishes before handing over to the client.
- Material Tracking: Manage incoming modular shipments, verify packing lists against actual site delivery, and prevent on-site damage or component loss.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience supervising Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe installations.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modular materials (BWP plywood, MDF, particleboard) and finishes (laminate, acrylic, PU lacquer, glass shutters).
- Precision Skills: Expert ability to handle on-site modifications, level corrections, and troubleshoot micro-misalignments.
- Tools: Proficient in using digital measuring tools, spirit levels, and reporting progress via smartphone apps.
- Communication: Strong ability to manage specialized modular carpenters/installers and converse clearly with design architects and clients.
