Role Description
- Handle day to day team performance and responsible for achieving targets.Handling client meeting and closing deals .Curating marketing compaigns and implementing them to generate lads and scale business.
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager-Export located in Jaipur. The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee international sales operations, develop and execute export marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with global clients. The responsibilities include market analysis, pricing strategy development, coordination with production and logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in international sales, export marketing, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills for market research and pricing strategy development
- Proficiency in sales strategy, business development, and team leadership
- Knowledge of global trade regulations and international export documentation
- Excellent business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- Experience in the granite and marble or related industries is an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
