Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and store documentation.
- Train and develop team members.
- Ensure store cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
