We’re looking for an experienced MIS & Data Analyst with strong expertise in VICIdial and US campaign data management.
Key Requirements
✔ 4+ years of relevant experience
✔ VICIdial experience – Mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of US lead/calling data
✔ Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas & data cleaning
✔ Experience in MIS reporting and campaign analysis
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Details
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
