Experience
2–4 years of experience in F&B service or operations, preferably in multi-outlet or large-scale hospitality environments.

Skills
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Basic knowledge of food safety (FSSAI) and hygiene standards.
· Hands-on experience in POS operations and billing.
· Ability to supervise and coordinate outlet staff.
· Inventory handling and basic vendor coordination.
· Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Operations & Outlet Management
Support the day-to-day operations of restaurants, food courts, kiosks, and other F&B outlets in the park.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained.
Conduct pre-opening and closing checks as per SOPs.
Monitor service delivery and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
2. Guest Service
Greet and assist guests courteously, addressing any service concerns promptly.
Ensure quick and professional resolution of guest feedback or complaints.
Promote combo offers, F&B packages, and event-based promotions to enhance sales.
3. Sales & Revenue Support
Assist in achieving outlet sales targets through efficient service and upselling.
Record daily sales and submit reports to the Asst. Manager – F&B.
Support cash handling, billing, and reconciliation at the outlet.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Check daily stock levels for raw materials, beverages, and disposables.
Report shortages and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Prevent wastage through portion control and stock rotation.
5. Team Coordination
Guide and train outlet staff on service standards, hygiene, and park policies.
Support manpower scheduling and shift allocation as required.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness in guest and back-end service areas.
Report any operational issues or incidents to the reporting manager.

· Maintain grooming standards and professionalism at all times.
· Be flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
· Display a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Requirements
· Experience in high-volume F&B or amusement park operations preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage).
· Energetic, customer-focused, and disciplined personality.
