Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end E-commerce operations across marketplaces.
- Drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Optimise marketplace performance through strategic planning and advertising campaigns.
- Analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of hands-on E-commerce and Quick commerce experience.
- Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital promotions, and performance analytics.
- Pharma industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
