Job Summary
Kidz District is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Relationship Manager to create exceptional experiences for our families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling admissions and bookings, coordinating birthday parties and events, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Explain play area packages, memberships, birthday party packages, and events.
- Manage bookings for birthday parties, events, and play sessions.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Support marketing campaigns by following up with leads and promoting upcoming events.
- Ensure the reception and customer areas are welcoming and well maintained.
- Prepare daily reports on enquiries, bookings, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Assist in achieving monthly revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-first attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Front Office, Hospitality, Retail, Preschool, Entertainment, or Service Industry.
- Experience in event coordination or customer service will be an added advantage.
