The candidate must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource Operations (Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, R&R, Attrition control, RAG Analysis, Exit formalities, team handling etc.)
Must have at least 4-5 years of experience handling a team of HR executives.
BPO Experience is a must.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
