Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Mobilizer to join our team in Purulia, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing and counseling potential students/candidates, conducting outreach activities, and supporting the enrollment process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of the local area, and the ability to connect with students, parents, communities, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and identify potential candidates for training and skill development programs.
- Conduct field visits and outreach activities in nearby villages, schools, colleges, and communities.
- Counsel students and candidates regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with local institutions, community leaders, and other stakeholders for candidate mobilization.
- Achieve assigned mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Maintain candidate data, registration details, and other required records.
- Follow up with interested candidates and ensure timely enrollment.
- Organize awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.
- Support candidates throughout the admission and joining process.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in mobilization, sales, marketing, counseling, community outreach, or student enrollment is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and fieldwork skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally and conduct regular field visits.
- Knowledge of Purulia and nearby areas will be an advantage.
- Ability to achieve assigned targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is preferred.
