Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for road and bridge construction projects.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly work reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Manage material planning, quantity verification, and site documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain project timelines.
Required Skills
- Experience in Roads & Bridges construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
