JOB TITLE: Commercial Manager

Looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to own the
plant's commercial function end to end — with a strong
focus on by-product and scrap sales — at our DRI & Power
Plant facility in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- CA / M.Com / B.Com; MBA in Marketing / Materials /
Supply Chain an added advantage
- 8-10 years in commercial / sales / dispatch functions
- Integrated steel plant, sponge iron plant or similar
manufacturing experience strongly preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
By-product & Scrap Sales
- Drive sales of by-products and scrap — SS steel, copper
and brass wire, drums, scrap, charcoal, ESP dust
- Develop and manage a strong buyer base; maximise
realisation
- Negotiate rates and finalise sale terms
- Track market rates to time sales advantageously
Dispatch, Billing & Logistics
- Dispatch planning, weighbridge coordination and timely
loading
- Sales billing, invoicing and documentation
- Transport and logistics for outbound dispatches
- E-way bills, dispatch records and gate documentation
Commercial Operations & Compliance
- Commercial contracts, rate agreements and buyer
coordination
- GST and statutory compliance on sales
- Coordinate with accounts for realisation and payment
follow-up
- Commercial MIS — sales, dispatch, realisation,
outstanding reports
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,100.00 per month
