·Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
·MBA (Marketing) or a related qualification with relevant experience.
·Good understanding of the technology/IT industry and experience working with marketing teams.
·Strong research skills, creative thinking, and a passion for content.
·Ability to condense complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging.
·Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
Roles and Responsibilities
·Take ownership of copywriting and create concise,impactful messaging that communicates complex ideas effectively.
·Contribute to the content marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
·Create engaging short-form content for multiple marketing and branding channels.
·Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the business, target audience, and technology landscape.
·Develop content aligned with business objectives,target geography, ideal customer profile (ICP), and buyer personas.
·Create engaging content for video scripts, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, thought leadership, visual creatives,events, paid media, and other marketing initiatives.
·Develop compelling brand narratives that strengthen the company's positioning and showcase its expertise.
·Manage the end-to-end content calendar, from research and planning to content production across digital marketing channels.
·Write compelling, original content tailored to specific industries and buyer personas.
·Experience in long-form content writing is not mandatory but will be considered an added advantage.
·Understand and analyse content performance metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness.
