Job Summary
To promote products, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales objectives within an assigned territory. The role involves regular field visits, product detailing, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales objectives.
- Conduct doctor visits and provide scientific product detailing.
- Build professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability across the assigned territory.
- Execute sales and promotional activities.
- Submit sales reports and activity updates on time.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support customer engagement programs and educational initiatives.
- Follow company policies and ethical business practices.
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm or B.Sc.
- 1–2 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience.
- Experience in the General Therapy segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage territory activities independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals through field visits and product detailing.
- Familiarity with sales reporting and territory management.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
