Team Lead – FM/MM (Vehicle Follow-up & OTIF Management)

Role Summary
We are hiring Team Leads for First Mile (FM) and Mid Mile (MM) operations to manage daily vehicle coordination, ensure timely pickups and deliveries, and maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance across e-commerce logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track vehicle movement for FM and MM operations
- Ensure timely client pickups based on slot-based scheduling (First Mile)
- Monitor mid-mile movement from pickup points to LM hubs (Line Haul hubs)
- Follow up with drivers, vendors, and transport partners for timely execution
- Maintain and improve OTA/OTD (On-Time Arrival / On-Time Delivery) metrics
- Resolve real-time delays, escalations, and operational bottlenecks
- Maintain daily MIS reports on vehicle status, delays, and exceptions
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Understanding of logistics/transport operations (FM/MM preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure in real-time operations
- Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
