About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Associate Intern to join our Client Servicing team. In this role, you will work closely with retail brands, helping them onboard onto the eWards platform, execute customer engagement campaigns, and maximize the value of our products.
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, solving business problems, coordinating with multiple teams, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new clients and introducing them to the eWards platform.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client deliverables.
- Support clients in planning and executing CRM, Loyalty, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports, presentations, and actionable insights using Excel and dashboards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, platform adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support reporting, campaign ideation, and client communication.
- Build strong client relationships by providing timely support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Who Should Apply?
- Final-year students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Curious about CRM, customer experience, digital marketing, and SaaS products.
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
