Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories, provide personalized styling advice, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The Fashion Consultant should stay updated on the latest fashion trends and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice based on customer preferences, body type, and occasion.
- Recommend clothing, footwear, and accessories to complete customer looks.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, collections, fabrics, and sizing.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and the store is clean and organized.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred) related to fashion design
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, apparel sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Process billing, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and competitor products.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
