We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our café. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and baking a variety of bakery products, including artisan breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake fresh breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage ingredients and maintain stock levels.
- Work efficiently and contribute new bakery ideas and recipes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a bakery or pastry chef.
- Knowledge of bread making, cake baking, and pastry preparation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for baking and attention to detail.
