Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment for middle and secondary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes VI to X as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, activities, and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Conduct regular tests and assessments and monitor students' academic progress.
- Provide remedial support and individual guidance to improve students' conceptual understanding.
- Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to participate in subject-related competitions, projects, quizzes, and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning and implementation.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
