Client Relations Manager
We are hiring a Client Relations Manager to manage and support our clients across Europe and the US. The role calls for excellent English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for international clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain client records, prepare reports, and update CRM tools accurately.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
- Address client queries promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- 4 - 5 years of experience in client service, coordination, or support (preferably in IT, Technology Services, or BPO).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with international clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively across different time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience using CRM tools or project management platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience supporting clients in Europe and the US markets.
