Responsibilities-
1. Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth execution of all works.
2. Perform final quality checks before delivery and ensure service standards are met.
3. Ensure SOP compliance, maintain discipline on the floor, and report daily performance and issues to management.
Qualification-
1. Having 2-5 years of experience in strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Attention to detail and process- oriented mindset.
3. Good Communication.
4. Problem solving and decision-making skills.
5. Basic computer knowledge (Billing, Word, Excel).
6. High ownership and accountability.
7. Having experience in the automobile/ detailing industry.
