Role Overview:-
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Merchandiser to manage day-to-day buyer communication, order execution, and production follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, design, production, quality, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Handle day-to-day buyer follow-ups and maintain strong buyer relationships.
* Manage orders from development through production and shipment.
* Coordinate with production teams for timely execution of orders.
* Follow up on production schedules, material availability, fabric, trims, embroidery, stitching and finishing.
* Track order status and ensure timely completion as per buyer requirements.
* Communicate buyer comments, approvals, changes, and priorities to the relevant teams.
* Monitor production timelines and proactively highlight delays or issues.
* Coordinate with QC teams to ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
* Prepare and maintain order status reports and shipment schedules.
* Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for timely dispatches.
* Handle buyer queries, complaints, and day-to-day requirements professionally.
Candidate Profile:-
* 5-10 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in home textiles/export houses.
* Strong knowledge of home textile products, production processes and export procedures.
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
* Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
* Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
