Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Growth & Engagement Manager to drive membership expansion, improve member retention, and strengthen member engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for renewing existing memberships, reactivating inactive members, acquiring new members, and building long-term relationships with IT companies and industry professionals.
This role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for building meaningful professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Member Retention & Renewals
- Manage the end-to-end membership renewal process.
- Contact existing and expired members through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand member concerns and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to achieve high membership renewal rates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with members until successful renewal.
Member Engagement
- Increase member participation in chapter meetings, webinars, conferences, committees, and networking events.
- Build strong relationships with members to ensure continuous engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Collect member feedback and recommend improvements to membership programs.
New Member Acquisition
- Identify and approach prospective members through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, networking events, and industry databases.
- Conduct membership presentations and explain the value of joining ITServe Alliance.
- Build relationships with IT consulting companies, staffing firms, technology organizations, and business leaders.
- Convert qualified prospects into active members.
- Develop strategic partnerships that support membership growth.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate member and prospect information in Zoho CRM.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and renewal pipelines.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on membership growth, renewals, and engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand membership across different regions and chapters.
- Support membership campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year
