We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager who is passionate about bespoke hospitality, intuitive service, and seamless operational execution.
The Role
As the Guest Experience Manager, you are the face of 7 Doors House and the primary architect of our guests' journeys. You don’t just check guests in; you craft an environment where they feel completely at home yet subtly enchanted. You will oversee all touchpoints of the guest stay, blending high-level hospitality management with a hands-on, warm approach.
Key Responsibilities
Bespoke Guest Curation: Act as the primary host from pre-arrival to departure. Curate personalized itineraries, introduce guests to our house traditions, and bring our seasonal culinary map and estate stories to life.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring the estate maintains pristine, luxury standards. Coordinate smoothly with the culinary, housekeeping, and gardening teams.
Team Leadership & Safety: Lead and mentor on-site staff, fostering a culture of pride, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail. Ensure strict adherence to our worker safety and operational manuals.
Quality Control: Conduct daily walkthroughs of the estate to ensure every physical detail—from the open-plan layouts to the premium fittings and garden spaces—is flawlessly presented.
Guest Feedback & Retention: Proactively anticipate guest needs, resolve any issues with grace and speed, and build lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into legacy guests.

Local Connoisseur: You know the hidden gems of Goa, the best cultural spots, and can seamlessly coordinate unique external experiences for our guests.
Requirements
Experience: 4 to 7 years in luxury boutique hospitality, luxury villa rentals, or premium guest relations.
Education: A degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, but exceptional field experience speaks louder.
Communication: Flawless spoken and written English. Ability to communicate with a high-profile, global clientele.
Skills: Proficiency in modern property management systems, guest communication tools, and basic digital platforms.
