About the Role
Curis Life is a growing multi-specialty healthcare clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Patient Enquiry Executive to manage front desk operations, assist patients, handle enquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and diagnostic departments for smooth patient flow.
- Answer patient queries regarding doctors, specialties, consultation timings, and services.
- Manage billing support, payment collection, and receipt generation (if required).
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and treatment schedules.
- Maintain reception, waiting area, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Ensure patient data confidentiality and maintain proper documentation.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Patient Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and patient handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Experience with appointment scheduling and front desk management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare organization.
- Knowledge of healthcare CRM or Hospital Management Software (HMS).
- Experience using appointment scheduling software or EMR systems.
Compensation: Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
