About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. In this role, you will beresponsible for creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces and engaging user experiencesfor our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams tounderstand user needs, design solutions, and deliver exceptional digital products.
Job Responsibilities
● Apply design thinking methodologies to understand user needs, identify problems, and generateinnovative solutions.
● Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviours, motivations, and pain points.
● Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are intuitive, accessible, and visuallyappealing.
● Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
● Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and data-driven insights.
● Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines and align with user expectations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to bring designs to life.
● Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
Skills & Requirements:
● Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
● Expertise in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD
● Basic knowledge of graphic design, including layout design, typography, and colour theory.
● Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Malleswaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
