Job Title: Safety Engineer /Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance with safety standards involving cross functional Teams if required.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Local, State, and Central safety regulations and standards.
Maintain safety records, documentation, and incident reports for reporting and analysis.
Participate in emergency response planning and drills to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in occupational health and safety.
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in safety (e.g., CSP, CIH) are preferred.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards with good communication
Proven experience in safety supervision with Recommending & implementing safety programs
