About the Role
The Trade Monitoring Operations Analyst will be responsible for recording and reconciling trades, maintaining books, and preparing reports to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Recording & Reconciliation

Accurately record all trades and transactions across multiple accounts.

Reconcile trade records with brokers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update financial ledgers and books.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trade activity and account balances.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Identify and correct trade mismatches, reporting errors, and financial discrepancies.
Financial & Operational Support

Assist in audit processes and financial analysis related to trade activity.

Work closely with the investment and operations team to improve reconciliation efficiency.

Support in maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and compliance.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in trade reconciliation, financial accounting, or brokerage operations.
Technical Skills:

Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, etc.).

Good understanding of financial reconciliation, accounting principles, and trade management.

Experience with brokerage reconciliation, investment accounting, or financial data analysis is a plus.
