### Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and physician referral growth for our key super specialities. You’ll plan and execute B2B + B2C marketing campaigns, build community relationships, and position the hospital as the trusted choice for tertiary care.
### Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Campaigns
- Plan and run 360° campaigns for specialties: digital, print, outdoor, events, and PR
- Manage hospital’s online presence: website, Google My Business, social media, patient testimonials
- Coordinate creative assets: brochures, OPD cards, hoardings, doctor profiles, video content
- Doctor & Referral Marketing
- Build and maintain GP/physician referral network across Sohna, Gurugram, Rewari, Palwal
- Organize CMEs, health talks, camps, and doctor meets to drive clinical engagement
- Track referral data and share insights with clinical teams
- Community Outreach & PR
- Conduct health camps, RWAs tie-ups, corporate health checkup drives, school/college programs
- Liaise with local media for coverage of new services, equipment, and doctor achievements
- Manage patient experience feedback and online reputation on Practo, Google, Justdial
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO for high-intent keywords: "best cardiologist in Sohna", etc.
- Track leads from website, call center, and digital forms. Optimize cost per patient acquisition
- Monthly reporting on campaign ROI, OPD/IPD conversions, and brand metrics
- Collaboration & Compliance
- Work with clinical HODs to translate medical USPs into patient-friendly messaging
- Ensure all communication complies with MCI/NMC advertising guidelines and hospital ethics
- Support insurance/TPA empanelment and corporate marketing initiatives
### Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA in Marketing / PGDM or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Comm, or Healthcare Mgmt
- Experience: Freshers /2-5 years in hospital/healthcare/pharma marketing. Super speciality experience preferred
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of hospital OPD/IPD flow and medical terminology
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, basic SEO, Excel reporting
- Excellent Hindi + English communication. Haryanvi/local language a plus
- Field-ready: comfortable traveling for doctor meets and community camps
- Data-driven mindset: track leads, conversions, and referral growth weekly
### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in OPD footfall for focus specialties MoM
- Number of active referring doctors added per quarter
- Cost per lead and OPD/IPD conversion rate from campaigns
- Online rating improvement and testimonial volume
- Events/camps conducted and patients screened
