Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. [1]
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documents (schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes) and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). [1, 2, 3]
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate meetings, deliver progress reports, and act as a liaison between team members, clients, and vendors. [1, 2]
- Resource & Task Management: Help allocate resources and ensure the team stays focused on meeting critical deadlines. [1, 2]
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential roadblocks and work with the team to develop contingency plans. [1]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or a related field (Master’s or relevant certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are often preferred). [1, 2]
- Organization & Software Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and office software (MS Excel, PowerPoint). [1, 2]
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project needs clearly.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
