Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Srinagar. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their financial needs, explain suitable products, and guide them through the loan or credit card application process. The role involves managing leads, following up with potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships to drive conversions and repeat business. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information about partner banks and NBFC offerings. Daily responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, maintaining records in CRM systems, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product features and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with a diverse customer base and address queries effectively.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to convert leads, negotiate, and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Experience in Training or coaching, and basic Sales Management capabilities to support team performance and process adherence.
- Good understanding of consumer banking products such as loans, credit cards, and credit scores; prior fintech or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, manage time efficiently, and use CRM or sales tools to track customer interactions.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Comfort with data, basic MS Office skills, and willingness to learn new digital tools and processes.
