Key Responsibilities:-
- Assess students' learning and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support.
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials for diverse needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to promote inclusive education.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Coordinate with therapists and other professionals when required.
- Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Diploma/B.Ed. in Special Education (RCI-recognized qualification preferred in India).
Experience:-
- 1–3 years of experience working with preschool or kindergarten children with special educational needs.
Required Skills:-
- Knowledge of child development and inclusive education practices.
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
- Strong observation, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
