- Act as the primary point of contact between corporate office and assigned centers.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding operations, admissions, training, marketing activities, and company updates.
- Regularly follow up with centers for reports, requirements, and pending tasks.
- Resolve center-level concerns and coordinate with respective departments for timely support.
- Monitor center performance and maintain proper relationship management.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and processes are properly implemented at centers.
- Coordinate with trainers, operations, sales, and management teams for smooth execution of activities.
- Conduct regular meetings and maintain strong engagement with center teams.
- Share feedback, updates, and escalation reports with management whenever required.
- Support in planning and execution of events, campaigns, and operational activities.
