Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality and strong skills in team management, inventory control, customer service, and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily bar operations.
- Lead, train, and manage bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and beverage consumption.
- Maintain proper stock records and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage bar opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and daily bar performance.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure responsible and compliant service of alcoholic beverages as per applicable laws and company policies.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, promotions, and beverage selection.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in bar or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Bar Supervisor, or Senior Bartender preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and cost control.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
