Production Executive – Travelxp

About the Role
We are looking for a Production Executive who will work directly with the Director and take ownership of the planning and on-ground execution of our shoots.
The role involves taking production requirements and converting them into actionable plans, coordinating permissions and partnerships, managing logistics, supporting budgets, and ensuring that shoots are executed as planned.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Director’s creative and location requirements and convert them into an executable shoot plan.
- Coordinate with Tourism Boards, Consulates, Government Authorities and local partners for filming permissions, access and support.
- Identify, coordinate, and negotiate with talent, hotels, airlines, transport providers, locations, and other vendors.
- Plan and manage shoot logistics including travel, accommodation, transport, schedules and local arrangements.
- Travel with the crew when required and act as the central point of coordination during the shoot, ensuring everything runs smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
- Manage production budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure shoots are completed within approved budgets.
- Identify and minimize operational, financial, and safety risks.
- Handle emergencies, last-minute changes, and unexpected situations calmly and decisively.
- Submit final expenses, invoices, and relevant documentation after completion of the shoot.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in media, television, events, or destination management would be preferred.
This is a demanding, hands-on role involving extensive travel and long working hours during shoots but offers the opportunity to work on productions across India and international destinations.
Note: There will be a one-month training at a stipend.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
