Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.
- Monitor manpower allocation and maintain shift discipline.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
- Identify production issues and report them to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Handover shift status and pending work to the next shift.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
