Job Title: Billing Manager
Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Corporate billing operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely patient billing and revenue collection.
- Manage insurance, TPA, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat Scheme, and corporate billing processes.
- Monitor billing accuracy, discounts, approvals, and revenue leakage.
- Prepare daily billing MIS and revenue reports.
- Coordinate with finance, consultants, and clinical departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and statutory requirements.
- Resolve billing disputes and patient queries professionally.
- Train and supervise billing staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Hospital Administration, Finance, or Commerce.
- 4–8 years of hospital billing experience.
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Knowledge of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme,TPA, ECHS, CGHS and related claim processing procedures.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
