- Prepare, review, and update QA manuals, Site Master File (SMF), and Validation Master Plan in compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, WHO, and regulatory requirements, including change control impacts.
- Manage and support QMS activities, driving continuous improvement and equipment efficiency.
- Assist in deviation management, CAPA, and change control processes for equipment and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain MSDS for finished products as per regulatory standards.
- Plan, execute, and document equipment qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) with protocols and reports.
- Lead qualification of new equipment, utilities, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with URS, drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
