Real Estate Sales Executive – Freshers Welcome | Siliguri, Location: Sevoke Road, Siliguri, West Bengal (field work across Siliguri, Matigara, Bagdogra) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + uncapped incentives (average earnings ₹20k–₹30k)

About the role We are hiring 3 sales executives for residential plots and apartments in Siliguri. This is a field + telecalling role, perfect if you are starting your career in sales and want to learn real estate from the ground up. Training is provided for the first 15 days.
What you will do Make outbound calls to leads and explain projects in simple Bengali/Hindi
Accompany clients for site visits in Siliguri and nearby areas Follow up on WhatsApp and maintain daily lead sheet
Coordinate with builders for booking and documentation Achieve monthly sales targets with team support What we are looking for 12th pass or graduate (any stream) Excellent communication in Bengali and Hindi. Nepali is a plus
Smartphone with good internet, and a two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory for site visits) Confident, punctual, and comfortable talking to new people Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Sheets) Local candidates from Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling preferred
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
