Production incharge– Sauces, Pickles & Jams
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Production incharge with hands-on experience in sauces, pickles and jams manufacturing. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring consistent quality, and managing shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production of pickles and jams
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and batch output
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards on the production floor
- Manage and guide production workers
- Monitor raw material usage and maintain basic production records
- Coordinate with procurement and quality teams
- Identify and resolve production-related issues
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in pickles and/or jams production (mandatory)
- Ability to manage shop-floor operations and workers.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to coordinate and work with different teams and departments.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Information
- Educational qualification is not mandatory
- Candidates with strong FMCG experience will be preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience into FMCG Production role.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
