Job Description
We are looking for a Finance & AI Automation Intern who is interested in using Artificial Intelligence, automation tools, and workflow technologies to improve finance processes.
The intern will work closely with the finance and business teams to understand existing manual processes, identify repetitive activities, and develop practical AI-powered solutions to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, automation, finance, and business processes and wants hands-on exposure to implementing AI solutions in a real business environment.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Finance Process Automation
- Understand existing finance processes and identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities.
- Build AI and workflow automations using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Make, Power Automate or other suitable technologies.
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve finance operations.
- Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered workflows for finance processes.
- Automate repetitive activities such as data collection, document processing, reporting, email communication, follow-ups, and information extraction.
- Explore ways to use AI to reduce manual data entry and improve process accuracy.
- Test, validate, and improve automation workflows before implementation.
- Document automated processes and prepare simple SOPs for the finance team.
- Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude and other AI tools for reporting, documentation, data processing, and analysis
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA Finance, BE/B.Tech, or a related degree.
- Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and business process automation.
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
- Interest in finance automation and business intelligence
- Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with any of the following experience will have an advantage:
- AI-based academic or personal projects
- Automation projects
- ChatGPT/Generative AI projects

- Experience:0–1 year (Freshers and pursuing/final-year candidates are welcome to apply.)
