Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee the overall operations of our manufacturing facility in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the casting or mechanical industry and possess excellent leadership, production management, and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to achieve production targets.
- Monitor shop floor activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.
- Ensure product quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain safety, maintenance, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments including production, maintenance, quality, and stores.
- Analyze production performance and implement process improvements.
- Manage manpower allocation and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in the casting or mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience in factory operations or production management is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.02 - ₹50,000.69 per month
