Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI solution sales and will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers.
- Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure.
- Present Infactra AI solutions to CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations.
- Build and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customer-specific solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, technology partners, and consultants.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Represent Infactra AI at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation sales.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud technologies, and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
