Civil, Utility & Infrastructure Asset Management: Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of plant buildings, civil infrastructure, utility distribution systems, water storage facilities, pipelines, roads, roofs, and associated assets through preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
3. Fabrication, Workshop, Procurement & Contractor Management: Manage fabrication activities, workshop operations, procurement processes, vendor development, contractor execution, technical evaluations, material planning, and resource allocation to support maintenance and project
4. Reliability, Continuous Improvement & Sustainability: Drive asset reliability, operational excellence, energy conservation, sustainability, productivity enhancement, cost optimization, utility efficiency, and continuous improvement programs while tracking benefits and savings realization
5. Compliance, Safety, Documentation & Stakeholder Management: Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, Food Safety, statutory and corporate requirements through effective documentation, audits, reporting, risk assessments, PTW/LOTO implementation, contractor safety management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
