We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Associate Creative Lead to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing creatives, branding, campaign execution, and visual storytelling. They should be capable of leading a creative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise in industry-standard design and video editing software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, motion graphic designers, and creative professionals.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Develop innovative concepts and visual strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Review and approve creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Collaborate with the Client Servicing, Business Development, Content, Social Media, and Production teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple client projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Guide the team through brainstorming sessions, ideation, and creative problem-solving.
- Create and oversee digital marketing creatives, including social media posts, performance marketing ads, banners, landing page visuals, email creatives, and campaign assets.
- Supervise video editing and motion graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with current design trends and platform-specific best practices.
- Allocate tasks effectively, monitor project progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
- Maintain creative quality standards across all projects.

- Proven experience leading a creative team and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, digital campaigns, motion graphics, video editing, and creative design work.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
