Tender Identification & Analysis
- Monitor and identify relevant transportation tender opportunities from coal mining companies, government bodies, and power utilities.
- Analyze scope, contract terms, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Conduct feasibility and profitability analysis of potential bids.
- Bid Preparation & Submission
- Lead the preparation of tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
- Costing & Pricing Strategy
- Work with finance and logistics departments to prepare accurate costing and pricing models.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations, penalties, or operational constraints.
6. Tender Database & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with national and regional transportation regulations, environmental standards, and safety norms.
