Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-based Mathematics lectures for JEE (Main & Advanced), Foundation, and Board students.
- Plan and execute classroom teaching as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare high-quality study material, assignments, worksheets, and test papers.
- Evaluate student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve students' academic doubts and offer personalized mentoring.
- Conduct revision sessions, practice classes, and problem-solving workshops.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching quality and curriculum planning.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE/Board examination patterns and syllabus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience for JEE, Foundation, or Board classes will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Mathematics concepts.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online teaching platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
