Job Summary:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. The role involves leading the housekeeping team, managing departmental budgets and inventories, ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. The Executive Housekeeper also oversees staff scheduling, training, performance management, and continuous improvement of housekeeping operations to achieve operational excellence and enhance the overall guest experience.
