Role Overview
Kanerika is looking for a Senior SEO Strategist who doesn’t just “optimize pages,” but builds scalable, AI-driven growth systems. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, automation, and revenue strategy—where experimentation meets execution.
You will be responsible for driving organic growth that contributes directly to a $35M pipeline target for 2026, while positioning Kanerika as a globally recognized data & AI brand across the U.S. and Europe.
This is a player-coach role—you’ll execute hands-on while mentoring junior talent and building repeatable systems that scale.

Build and execute a global SEO strategy aligned to a $35M revenue pipeline target (2026)
Identify high-intent keyword clusters across services, solutions, and migration-led growth pages
Own organic contribution to pipeline, not just traffic metrics

Conduct comprehensive keyword research (short-tail, long-tail, intent-driven clustering)
Perform on-page optimization:
Meta titles, descriptions, headers
Keyword placement and semantic optimization
Content structure and readability
Manage technical SEO hygiene:
Crawl ability, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt
Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
Fixing broken links, redirects, canonical issues
Execute internal linking strategies to improve authority flow and discover-ability
Perform regular SEO audits and implement fixes proactively
Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics using SEO tools
Design and deploy programmatic SEO frameworks using AI workflows
Implement SEO GEO scripting using Claude Code or equivalent tools to scale content and optimization
Build systems for high-volume page generation with quality control
Leverage cloud automation to streamline SEO workflows (audits, reporting, publishing)
Build repeatable pipelines for:
Content production
Internal linking
Technical SEO checks
Focus on efficiency and scale over manual execution
Partner with content teams to develop SEO-driven content calendars
Optimize existing content for:
Improved rankings
Higher engagement and conversions
Ensure alignment with search intent across the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Drive content refresh and pruning strategies
Run small-scale SEO experiments rapidly, then scale winning strategies
Test:
Content formats
SERP features
AI-generated vs human-assisted content
Establish a continuous optimization loop
Own and scale:
Link insertions
Guest posting programs
Link exchanges and partnerships
Conduct backlink audits and disavow toxic links where necessary
Manage and grow inbound requests for collaborations and paid placements
Build a sustainable backlink acquisition engine that compounds over time
Strengthen Kanerika’s search visibility in the U.S. and Europe
Localize and optimize content for regional search behavior and intent
Position Kanerika as a thought leader in data, AI, and analytics
Track and report on:
Organic traffic
Keyword rankings
Conversion rates and pipeline contribution
Use tools like:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Translate data into actionable insights and strategy adjustments
Mentor and coach junior SEO resources
Establish SOPs and quality benchmarks
Operate as a hands-on leader (player-coach mindset)
Stay ahead by actively following SEO and AI thought leaders
Bring in new ideas from:
AI search evolution
Algorithm shifts
Emerging tooling ecosystems
5–8+ years in SEO, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or consulting environments
Proven experience in driving measurable pipeline or revenue via SEO
Strong hands-on experience across:
Technical SEO
On-page & off-page SEO
Content strategy
Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows and automation tools
Familiarity with programmatic SEO and large-scale content systems
Experience with cloud platforms or automation frameworks is a plus
