About the Role
AR Foods is launching an exciting new pizza restaurant on Vasna Bhayli Road, Vadodara! We are looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Pizza Makers to join our founding kitchen team. Whether you are a seasoned Pizzaiolo or a hardworking kitchen helper eager to learn, we want you.
Note: Candidates with specific experience in making authentic Neapolitan Pizza (stretching dough by hand, high-heat/wood-fired oven management) will be given high preference.Key Responsibilities
- For Chefs: Prepare and stretch authentic pizza dough (preference for Neapolitan style).
- Manage pizza toppings, sauces, and prep work with high standards of hygiene.
- Operate and manage the pizza oven to ensure perfect crust and bake.
- For Helpers: Assist the main chef in food prep, chopping, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant. Neapolitan pizza experience is a huge plus!
- Skills: Excellent dough-handling skills, speed, and efficiency under pressure.
