Training Process (Voice Process).

Key Responsibilities:
- Calling existing & potential candidates for Stock Market Training Programs. Explaining stock market products, trading
benefits, brokerage plans, and investment opportunities.
- Handling inbound & outbound calls related to training programs in stock market.
- Lead generation and conversion for new candidates.
- Maintaining daily calling targets and updating CRM regularly.
- Handling/counseling students visiting Institute For Admission.
Requirements / Eligibility:
- Excellent Hindi + English communication skills (Must).
- Good convincing & negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Demat Account, Trading will be a big advantage (training will be provided).
- Fresher or experienced (both can apply).
- Comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
